War has been a very common thing throughout the history of man. War can be described simply as two powers fighting over a disagreement. I believe that there are times that war is necessary and that there are times when war can be easily avoided through other means such as diplomacy. World War II was inevitable because the Nazis were killing every Jew and gaining a lot of power in Europe. The other countries had to prevent the growing population of Nazis so war was necessary.
Countries have a responsibility to go to war if another country threatens the safety of a country. Even then, the two countries could use diplomacy to figure out why the other country is threatening a country. War should always be a last resort.
