Ever since I was a kid, Around the age of eight, I struggled with eating habits which in turn caused me to gain weight rapidly. Fast forward to the end of freshman year, I decided to do something about my weight problem. The first step was to change my eating habits. I began to diet by changing what I put in my body. I quickly began to see progress, which made me happy, so I continued my journey. The dieting continued into sophomore year And most recently during the summer I added an exercise schedule to my dieting. This series of decisions have been the greatest decisions I made in my entire life. I'm a completely different person because of this journey. I went from an upwards of 230 pounds at the end of freshman year to the current 160-165 pounds that I weigh now. Before this journey I didn't really care about personal health or what I put in my body. Now personal health is a high priority and the progress I've made so far is only the beginning of my journey.
congratulations!
