Assignment 15- Leighanne Guettler-James

Well it seems that I have once again put myself in a position that fosters failure, but I see an out! Because Assignment 6 just so happens to be the one that I missed last round, I have no prompts prepared but I am prepared to write to a new prompt.
1. Why did I miss blog post #6?

To explain this little mishap, I'm going to have to take you back to the beginning of my story: around 17 years ago..
Little me, born in a hospital in Santa Barbara. Cute as a freakin button and ready to conquer the world. With two big brothers, things were already getting tight in the Guettler-James household, and my little cute self didn't make things any better. So, against our better judgement, we left the beautiful west coast and headed for Kentucky. Now lets skip a little bit to when I'm like 8 because those early years aren't of great significance to our narrative. So I'm 8 years old, Second grade I think. Times are tough so the parents aren't always watchful. Mom works all the time and Dad works all night and sleeps all day. Little Leighanne sits at home with the "parental supervision" of her father who would honestly not know if she left for a whole day, let alone did her homework. Now, little Leighanne could have made the conscious decision to do her homework instead of the many other wondrous things that were possible, but she was me so she didn't. A little nugget about habits: they form quick and break hard. So I formed a habit of not doing my homework, like ever. Which brings us to this current situation. I was, once again, neglecting my homework when I didn't do this blog post. Instead, on the fine day of October 16, 2016 I was probably making a watercolor picture or watching netflix.
I hope this story provides all necessary explanation associated with prompt.

P.S.- Prompt creds go to Zachariah Sippy, the real mvp.
