assignment 14 - Will Blitch

Many American families have a thanksgiving celebration. Most people get together with their extended families to have a family reunion. Thanksgiving is not my favorite holiday because not only do I not usually get together with my extended family. But even if we did I really don’t enjoy my extended family. Usually thanksgiving consists of just my family and maybe some family friends. This Thanksgiving my friend Saurav came over for his first thanksgiving ever. He really enjoyed, we got to expose him to some traditionally American dishes that he hasn’t had before. The best part about thanksgiving is that it marks the beginning of Christmas season. It also is directly followed by black Friday and cyber Monday. Both of these days are perfect for getting killer deals on things. I mean it seems like some stores were having 100% off sales on things. Thanksgiving all-in-all is an average holiday.
