Assignment 11- Sheridan Wagner

It’s the zombie apocalypse and it’s a very good thing I’ve had my survival plan drawn out ever since I had a concept of what an apocalypse was. Now this plan is set for more of The Walking Dead style zombie, not the World War Z type which I find illogical and only slightly terrifying.

                I already have a bow and my family goes camping every year so I already have access to camping knifes, a magnesium strip, and lot more survival gear. My father and step-mother are really into canning and growing their own food so I would head there and take the back roads to avoid the major zombie population. After that I would proceed to the closest national park, preferably one in the more north-west area so that during the winter the zombies would freeze and be slower. On the way I would raid different gas stations and stores I find in small towns (not going near those heavily populated areas). I have no desire to form any alliances with any one because those tend to end very badly. Once in an area I liked I would start a small settlement with a population of one (me) and then if I ever got bored I could just move on.
