Assignment 9- Thomas Kinchen
In history, there has been numerous conflicts. Countries have disagreed on government, politics, and even within countries they've had the same problem. Sometimes it escalates to battles or wars. Sometimes, if there isn't really another option, war is necessary to resolve a conflict. But it doesn't mean it's the best way, it's just the lesser of two evils. For example, In the American Revolution, people tried to prevent war from happening between the colonists and the British, but it seemed inevitable for war to happen and if the war didn't happen, America wouldn't be an independent country. But if there's a way to prevent war from happening then people should take that course of action because bloodshed is never the best way to resolve issues.
