Will Blitch - Assignment 19

One lesson that has stuck with me and has been told to me by multiple people is the sentiment that, if you aren’t giving everything you do your maximum effort then you won’t be very successful, and you are doing yourself and everyone else a disservice. This lessons has proven to be very true to me. It is no doubt that I don’t always follow this advice. At times it ver difficult to find the motivation to give something everything you can give. This is especially true if you are doing something that you aren’t excited about or otherwise are indifferent to. For example it is hard to completely apply myself to a school assignment if it doesn’t interest me. However I find that when I do try my hardest I often times do very well. It is much easier to find motivation to try hard when I am climbing because I love climbing and I strive for success.
