Caitlin Southworth - Create Your Own Adventure

Should people still attempt to clone living things and eventually humans?
What would happen if all fruits, vegetables and grains became extinct?
What makes horror films/ shows so popular?

Fruits, vegetables and grains are essential in daily nutrition, and key to many recipes. Fruits and vegetables provide important vitamins, fiber and a wide range of health benefits; grains give you the carbs/ energy to do everything during the day. It’s easy to say they make up a large portion of a person’s diet, so what would happen if they were to go extinct? Well firstly, scientists would try to genetically grow them, produce “artificial” fruits, veggies and grains. This could possibly work, but lets say they fail, people would have no produce, no bread, no fruit pie, no pasta, no rice, no cereal, no cakes, no cookies. So many foods that we devour daily, would no longer exist. Could you survive? Much of our diet would rely on chemically made food, and a lot of people would gain a lot more weight. Healthy food choices would be scarce, farmers would have nothing to grow, the world would change without out our control. Starvation would likely rise, and life would be tougher, definitely not a piece of cake.
