Assignment 13-TD

Finally, the time has come to unite as a nation and as a species to combat the threat of global warming. I propose an undeniable solution to this problem which so plagues humanity. If the Earth is warming then the obvious solution is to cool it down. And how do you cool your own home when its hot? You turn on the A/C. Yes, if the A/C can cool a house down 20-30 degrees despite Sahara-like heat then we can easily cool the planet 2 degrees. Now, if one person turns on there A/C it will not be enough. We need to have every person with access to this magical device to turn their A/Cs on full blast and open their windows. If we do not open our windows then the cool air obviously won't be able to go into the atmosphere. All this talk about using CFL lightbulbs, carpooling, and recycling causes to much of a burden on mankind. These so called "solutions" require us to sacrifice our well-being, sacrifice the very essence of our lives. Maybe it is an appealing option to those who can afford it but that's not us. I will simply have you turn a knob to save the world. Join me, for it us not to late. Together we shall change the world.
