My favorite inanimate object is my frog pillow pet. We've been buddies for a long time; I think I got him in 5th or 6th grade. He has been on many adventures with me; he always comes with me when I travel. Although a lot of these trips have been very fun for me, if my pillow pet had feelings, it probably wouldn't have enjoyed them all that much. While I am going out and doing fun things during the day, Jumpy has to stay in the room and stare at the ceiling. He would probably get very bored. The long car rides are always worth it for me because I end up having fun. Jumpy, on the other hand, goes through those car rides just to sit in a boring hotel room or house depending on where we are going. His favorite adventure that we go on is probably to Vermont. There are lots of bugs around that he would be able to eat. Also, my bed is right below a skylight, so he would be able to see the stars from my bed. When we open the windows, he would even be able to see the lake.
Now that I am thinking about the life of inanimate objects, they are very boring and it is somewhat sad to consider how they would feel if they could.
