Ben Schaeffer Assignment 1

Howdy

Hi, my name is Ben Schaeffer. Currently, I am a junior at Henry Clay High School in Lexington, Kentucky. I live here in Lexington with my parents, twin brother Ian, and my older sister Eliza; however, little known fact about the Schaeffer clan is that we were born in Denver, Colorado. Ian and I are in the Academy at Henry Clay, and Eliza is a rising freshman at Dartmouth College. We have a cute little doggie named Baylee who is a golden doodle.

This year, I intend to make straight A's and hopefully I pass all my AP tests. This past summer, I did a hefty number of fun activities. I played a lot of lacrosse. If you really think about it lacrosse is a curious sport, and I really enjoy playing it. My best memories this summer were made spending alone time with my dad as he took me to lacrosse events in states such as Delaware, Maryland, and Connecticut. The lacrosse was fun, but my dad and I also went to beaches and ate a lot of seafood, which I like a lot. We usually have a lot to talk about because he shares similar interests as me such as lacrosse and history, and I am good at thinking of questions to ask.
When I grow up, I want to go into marketing. I enjoy talking to people, and the idea of trying to find ways to sell products interests me. For that reason, I would really want the super power of mind reading. Manipulating people is naughty, but the power and control one could attain with that power would be crazy.
I like laughing, and it's safe to say "Try not to Laugh" compilations on https://www.youtube.com/ do the trick. This website is also good for sports highlights and pretty much anything you can think of.
