Playlist for when you’re stressed
Shoop (Salt-N-Pepa): This song is a classic. It’s easy to
rap to and just brightens your mood. It adds a funkier ‘90s vibe to this
playlist.
No Scrubs (TLC): This song continues with the ‘90s vibe. It
is an extremely catchy song and is fun to sing along with.
Big Poppa (The Notorious B.I.G.): Another classic. While
telling you to “Throw your hands in the air” it helps to turn a person from
stressed to relaxed.
C.R.E.A.M. (Wu-Tang Clan): Wu-Tang Clan has a very particular
sound to it and helps to mix up the playlist. I wanted to ease the transition
to a different vibe.
The Next Episode (Dr. Dre): This song has a fun rhythm to it
and is a middle ground between ‘90s music and a more current sound.
Big Pimpin’ (Jay Z): This song brings a smile to the face of
whoever listens to it.
Gold Digger (Kanye West): This song is also easy to rap to
and brings nostalgia to people of our age.
Untitled 02 (Kendrick Lamar): Kendrick is a genius and his
music had to be in here somewhere. He is an amazing lyricist and his music
shows this. This song is the easiest way to cheer me up.
Controlla (Drake): Heading to a very current vibe, this song
is perfect for this playlist. It is very catchy and has an easy going feel to
it.
Bonfire (Childish Gambino): This playlist had to end with a
bang and this song executed that well. It is the ultimate hype song and brings
us fully into current music. It will get anyone excited and was the perfect way
to end this playlist.
